Does she have any favorite bad foods? "I don't enjoy eating things I know aren't going to do me any good," she says. "Your body wants what you put into it. It sounds crazy, but after a while you do crave raw veggies."

"When I really need to whip it into gear, I'll weight train for twice a year for about six weeks at a time," she explains. "That gets all my muscle groups working and alive, and then I maintain with cycling and diet."
